FullHydro data
==============
Global hydrography products computed by the FullHydro tools, served at
https://data.fullhydro.org and browsable at https://fullhydro.org/downloads/.
Layout
<source grid>/<tool>/<version>/<files>
source grid the flow-direction data a product is computed on
merit-hydro-90m MERIT Hydro, 3 arc-seconds, global
hydrosheds-v2-30m HydroSHEDS v2, 1 arc-second, released continents
tool the FullHydro tool that computed the product
flowdivide basins, regions and basin groups
flowtopo the depth-first order of every basin
flowmorph upstream shape attributes of every pixel
version the release of that product (v1.0, v1.1, ...)
Every folder has a README. The version README lists its files with sizes and
SHA-256 checksums, what changed from the previous version, and which code
version produced it.
FullBasin is the name of the combined dataset: the FlowDivide, FlowTopo and
FlowMorph layers on one source grid.

Reading without downloading
Every file is served with HTTP range requests, so GDAL, rasterio, pandas
and DuckDB can read a window or a table straight off the network:
import rasterio
url = "https://data.fullhydro.org/merit-hydro-90m/flowdivide/v1.1/bsn_global_90m.tif"
with rasterio.open(url) as src:
basin_id = next(src.sample([(-60.0, -3.0)]))[0]
import pandas as pd
bat = pd.read_csv("https://data.fullhydro.org/hydrosheds-v2-30m/flowdivide/v1.0/"
"south-america/bat_south-america_30m_ge1km2.csv.gz")
