FlowDivide

Divides the land into basins (one per outlet) and packs whole basins into
regions under a capacity, so each region can be processed on its own.

File prefixes
  bsn   basin mask (raster) or basin outlines (vector)

  bat   basin attribute table
  rgn   region mask (raster) or region outlines (vector)
  rat   region attribute table
  pat   piece table: the pieces of basins cut by a region boundary
